I have never done or heard of Lagree before so wasn’t sure what to expect. It was totally out of my wheelhouse but I really liked it! Cierra was my instructor and I felt like I was able to keep up with her directions easily enough. Great over all workout and experience!!!

I’ve tried A LOT of group fitness classes over the years, but this is the first one that truly stuck. I’m not a morning person, yet I actually look forward to the early classes at POWERHAUS. Such a powerful way to start my day and it has been invaluable in helping me defeat the terrible seasonal depression I have experienced in years past. Every instructor is welcoming and supportive, and it really shows how much care they put into each class. The workouts are challenging but rewarding, and I can feel myself getting stronger every week. It genuinely feels like a community, and that’s what keeps me coming back.

POWERHAUS is not only for women! I took a class and was really impressed by how thorough and tough the workout was. It was a good mix of resistance training and working out the stabilizer muscles that don’t get as much work in the weight room. I will definitely be back!

The people and atmosphere are warm and welcoming! I appreciate how educated and encouraging and amazing the instructors are! Lagree is one sneaky hard workout!! One of the best full body workouts I’ve ever done! I love the purposeful attention to form and mind body connection and trying to go as slow as I possibly can…. You will shake!!! Thank you for being this to CDA!!

Highly recommend! As a former D1 athlete I've done all sorts of workouts in the past, from Olympic and power lifting, to CrossFit, to yoga and I was very curious what all this Lagree hype was about. I was blown away! From the moment I walked in the door the energy was there, great music, great lighting, clean atmosphere, all of it! Cierra was our coach and killed it, she did a great job of making everyone feel welcome, explaining the equipment and flow of the class before we got going and then the workout itself was awesome. 50 minutes later I was shaking and dripping in sweat. Definitely a notch up from your everyday Pilates or Yoga class. I will be back! Do yourself a favor and give it a try, you will not be disappointed!
