Right in the heart of midtown Coeur d’Alene on Fourth Street, our boutique studio was created to feel close-knit, welcoming, and strong from the moment you step inside. When you walk through our doors, you feel the energy of a room full of people who care about this town and care about showing up for themselves.

Our 50 minute classes will make you shake, sweat, and reach that good kind of soreness that reminds you you’re getting stronger. Lagree is an intensity and endurance based workout, and we are so excited to finally bring it to Coeur d’Alene.
